Our retainer program was created to ensure long-term success for your brand’s design needs. It locks you in for a set amount of design hours, ensuring that your creative demands are prioritized and met with consistency due to our established relationship and understanding of your design aesthetic.

  • The retainer program gives you peace of mind knowing that your design needs are being met by one individual who has a deep understanding of your brand. It locks you in for a set amount of monthly design hours that otherwise would have to be scheduled around other projects. Small design tasks can be handled with a quicker turnaround, reducing stress on your end so that you can conduct your day to day tasks. A true white glove approach!

  • Instead of hiring multiple designers to create one vision, you will work with only one who will consistently assess your brand's needs and discuss those pain points with you.

  • You will work with a seasoned designer who has the ability to find solutions to your design problems and create new visions for your brand when needed.

  • The retainer program eliminates the need for hiring an in-house employee to oversee design tasks. You get a professional designer without the overhead of one working for your company.

retainer program details:

All pricing is based on a 3 month commitment. Month to Month plans are available for an additional cost.

  • Each retainer contains a set number of hours each month. Overage time will be billed at the Standard Hourly Rate. You will be made aware before overages occur.

  • Unused hours expire at the end of the month.

  • You will get a detailed invoice each month of the projects worked and the hours allocated to them.

what services are offered in the program?

  • Includes logos, icons, wordmarks & typography treatments

  • Includes design for print on demand, embroidery, screen print and vinyl.

  • Includes new mascot designs for sports teams and clubs, one-off illustrations for brand assets and special events

  • Includes designs for jerseys and warm-ups of all sports as well as custom mockups

  • Includes design for business cards, letterhead, brochures, digital and print flyers, YouTube banners, etc.

  • Simplistic one page web design & maintenance (Only in Squarespace & WiX). Hosting costs are the sole responsibility of the client.
